Gnabry Extends Contract with Bayern Munich

Bayern Star Signs Until 2026

Injury-Prone Gnabry Commits to Bavarian Giants

Serge Gnabry has put an end to months of speculation by extending his contract with Bayern Munich until 2026. The German forward, who has been sidelined with injuries since mid-December, has been a key player for Bayern this season and has attracted interest from top clubs across Europe.

The 28-year-old has missed more than half of Bayern's competitive fixtures through injury this season, but has still managed to score 10 goals and set up 5 more. His blistering pace and clinical finishing make him a valuable asset to Bayern's attack, and the club will be relieved to have secured his services for the long term.

"I'm very happy to have extended my contract at Bayern," said Gnabry. "This is a top club and I'm convinced that we can continue to achieve great things together."

Despite his injury struggles, Gnabry has been a consistent performer for Bayern in recent seasons. He was a key member of the team that won the Champions League, Bundesliga, and DFB-Pokal in 2019-20, and has scored 42 goals in 120 appearances for the club.

Bayern's sporting director, Hasan Salihamidzic, said: "We are delighted that Serge has extended his contract. He is a key player for us and we believe he has the potential to become one of the best players in the world."
